Who else do you work for?

We service the clients of some of the biggest corporations in Australia including two of the top 4 banks and American Express so we understand two important things:

 

 

 

We take both of these responsibilities very seriously.

 

What areas do you service?

We service Australia wide, that being within 20kms of a population centre of 10,000 or more.


Are you more expensive than going straight to the tradesperson direct?

No, in fact we can be cheaper. We do not charge the contractors a commission on any work we pass through. That way we make sure that you and your customers get the best prices possible.


Do you charge to quote?

No we do not charge for quotes.


Can you supply more than one quote?

If required we can provide more than one quote.


Who do we receive the quote from and how do we pay?

If a quote is required, that will be arranged and sent through to you for approval before proceeding to completion.


What are your payment terms?

We will provide you with a consolidated invoice at the end of the month for all work completed. This will be supported by the contractors invoices for each individual job.


We ask that all payments are made within 14 days fro the receipt of the invoice.


I multiple trades are involved who manages them to come in at the right times?

HomeSource is responsible for coordinating all of the trades required to complete the job.


What if we are not happy with the work completed?

In the unlikely event that this may occur, you can contact us directly and advice us of your concern. We will then coordinate to get the issue addressed with the contractor.


Are you and your trades people insured?

HomeSource carries all necessary insurances. We also use mycontractor.com.au to monitor our contractors' compliance at all times.


How do you pick your trades people? - what is your system

All contractors are picked based on performance. As they do not pay us for the leads we generate, they ensure that our customers get the best rates and quality of service. If they do not perform, they are replaced as there is no financial impact on us. We only have one customer and that is YOU!


How can I keep track of the jobs I send you?

We have an online management system, where the details of all jobs can be found. You can check the job status, get copies of invoices etc at any time just by logging on.
