What happens in an emergency
If you’re a HomeSource Home Assist member, and you find yourself with a plumbing, electrical, gas or locksmith emergency, then you just pick up the phone and call the 24 hour emergency helpline.
If it’s a problem you can fix with the right advice, we’ll give you the solution over the phone. Otherwise, we’ll get a qualified, reputable tradesperson out to your home to help.
When they get there - if the problem can be resolved on the spot - repairs will be carried out, otherwise the tradesperson will makesafe the situation to prevent further damage until full repair work can be arranged.
